Another busy week for CHD volunteers who are now being augmented with advance Minuteman volunteers who are dropping in for orientation and training in the field. We racked up more rescues of folks south of the border who were not quite prepared for the weather and the arduous journey through the back country.
We made every attempt to stay out of the way of Border Patrol. The agents who responded to our calls for assistance were friendly and polite. Most thanked us repeatedly for our assistance. The feeling is mutual.
Bush continues to show his allegiance to citizens of foreign countries over U.S. citizens. He reneged on his promise to hire 2,000 new Border Patrol agents and now proposes to fund only 210 in his 2006 budget. Bush feels more technology that allows Homeland Defense to monitor the crossings with sensors, cameras and UAVS will be more effective.
More likely the truth is he wants technology to monitor the invasion and less agents to stop the flow, which will ensure the growth of the underclass indentured servants and future voting block Republicans hope to gain through their amnesty/ guest worker program.
Bush also managed to make more friends by eliminating the funding of the SCAAP program that reimburses local governments for the cost associated with incarcerating illegal aliens who have committed crimes after entering the country illegally.
Kudos to Governor Napolitano, who for once stands up for the taxpayers of Arizona by demanding that the feds pay up, or she just might load up the criminals and drop them on the steps of Capital Hill or better yet in front of the White House. Way to show some courage governor, now if you just had the courage to deploy the National Guard to protect your constituents you just might get elected president.

Americans respond to a Congressman in need

Arizona Representative Jeff Flake has been struggling without much success to sell the Bush amnesty plan as a temporary guest worker program. It appears putting lipstick on that pig is going to require a lot more lipstick than even Karl Rove could provide. But after hearing about Rep. Flake’s plight, ProjectUSA supporters opened their hearts and their wallets, and, in spite of our new site being down most of yesterday, they have been ordering our special pig lipstick sent to Rep. Flake’s Arizona office.
Some have included messages of comfort for Rep. Flake.
A compassionate conservative from Tacoma sent this note: “It must be a real Fluke that an illegal alien amnesty loving Flake like you keeps getting reelected.”
A concerned woman in California is sending 3 tubes of pig lipstick to Rep. Flake, and offering fashion advice:
“I would love to send Jeff Flake 3 tubes of lipstick, but I am having password problems. I think coral shades would look best with his suntan. The old fashioned runny style is okay since he has changed his position on illegal immigration.”
But, why should outpouring of community spirit be limited to Jeff Flake?
Why shouldn’t Karl Rove and George Bush be included? They’re going to need a lot of pig lipstick, too.

WEB SITE DARES ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND THEIR EMPLOYERS TO REMAIN IN “VIOLATION” |

Controversial approach to emasculating immigration law-breakers by allowing public to upload information for people who reside in the U.S. illegally, or employ them.

With the cost of illegal immigration reaching astronomic proportions, especially in California where hospitals are closing down, schools are over-crowded, roads and jails require far more subsidies, NoInvaders.Org has just now been launched from the rage of legal citizens and tax payers who are livid with a federal government that caters to special interest groups demanding cheap labor and politicians demanding new voters.
The new Web site is my creation, a Los Angeles area webmaster named Jim Wood, completed January 22, 2005, and I hope to “ruffle a few feathers” by offering state-by-state, city-by-city directories of illegal aliens, individual employers, both bad and good, schools and major corporations targeted for boycotts, as well as ICE, IRS, FBI, Social Security Administration contact information, and media sources where surfers can report their complaints and stories. Promoting employers in compliance with immigration law is also encouraged. All a surfer has to do is upload information for, say, a non-compliant employer, an optional photograph, and after careful review the profile will appear in the “Bad Employer Directory”. Other surfers can use a free online fax service to complain to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) with profile information, or complain to other bureaucracies and even directly to the employer. The same applies to the directory for illegal dwellers. Also,!
conditions for citizen’s arrests are outlined with a forum for potential members of a “posse”. I was inspired by the hosts of KFI-AM’s “John and Ken Show” L.A. radio program, who hammer out the problems associated with illegal immigration daily and its devastating impact on southern California.
NoInvaders.Org is non-profit and only uploads for “Bad Employers” and “Illegal Dwellers” charge a small 99-cent-fee, “Good Employers” who use the Basic Pilot Verification program can pay as little as $9.95/month to advertise. Three other directories allow free uploads. There are disclaimers for those who upload defamatory or libelous information, or who harass or threaten directory contacts, and surfer IP address and time stamp are stored for possible investigations. Currently I find no history or precedent in any state for a Web site owner held liable for libel or defamation when posts are made by a third party, thanks mostly to the Communications Decency Act of 1996. I hope to stimulate as much controversy as possible to catapult visits to the site and make emasculation of immigration law-breakers a new “fad”, while defending the First Amendment.
NoInvaders.Org comes on the wave of new Web sites like ReportIllegals.com, which assist the public in filing immigration violation complaints with the proper authorities for $10, but I want to go one step further with my gallery-directories and hope to incur a flood of visitors with radio, television, and newspaper promotions. The site also offers a chat room and discussion board.

America faces the most critical juncture in its 229 year history. Indolent Americans sit on their Lazy Boy recliners wielding a remote while their country fractures before their eyes. It’s been slow for the past 30 years, but it’s quickening in every sector of our country. Have you noticed more and more people speaking different languages at the supermarket? Schools? Movies? At your local bank? Have you noticed radio stations and TV crackling with Spanish or other languages in our English speaking America? Have you seen more people disrespecting the singing of our national anthem? Have you noticed our laws being broken such as red lights being run or people fleeing accident scenes where they were the cause? Have you noticed more trash in your state and national parks, especially in California, Arizona, Texas and Georgia? Have you noticed more flags being flown from other countries instead of Old Glory? Did you know that more Mexican flags fly from houses, cars and establishments in California more than the Stars and Stripes? Have you noticed what has happened to the Golden State? Texas? Arizona? How about Georgia or Miami, Florida? Have you ever been incredulous about hearing something that sounded so preposterous that it “couldn’t be true?”
Take a second look. You are watching the “Coming Breakup of America.” That’s right. Your country. It is moving methodically, perversely, steadily and provocatively across our land. Our Congress and president aid it at the highest levels. It is a nation-destroying experiment being forced on Americans that will prove more disastrous than 9/11.
Recently, I read a book, “Civil War II: The Coming Breakup of America” by Thomas W. Chittum. This book paints a grim picture of what is happening to our country. At first, I was incredulous at his supposition. But half way through the book, his research was SO profound and SO evident that it became a page-turner. It provided a sickening look into the methodology and process whereby my own country is being destroyed before my eyes. “History is littered with wars which everybody knew would never happen,” said Enoch Powell.
Today, America fights a war 10,000 miles away while its own borders suffer an invasion so vast, so powerful, so insidiously destructive, yet so subtle—even our own citizens can’t see it. Not yet, that is.
Chittum writes, “America was born in blood.” He should know because he is a combat hardened Viet Nam veteran. “Social, political and economic forces are pulling America apart and driving her toward a bloody conflict that may fracture the nation into several different countries,” he said. “Riots, gangs, militias, exploding crime rates, massive immigration, rising unemployment, falling wages...these fuel the fires of war.” He talks about nations versus empires. “Empires consist of peoples of different religions, languages, cultures, races and nationalities,” he said. “Nations are dominated by one group that makes up a majority of the population. Nations are inherently stable while empires are always unstable.”
If you look around the United States, we were a stable nation before 1965 with a population mostly of European and African citizens and mostly one religion. Today, we’ve imported 60 million people from areas so incompatible with American culture that we recoil at the horrors of female genital mutilation from Middle Easterners, polygamy of Hmong immigrants, honor killings from Asia, forced 13 year old girls into marriages and hundreds of different languages. Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco and other cities speak more foreign languages than English. “If you’ll notice throughout history,” he writes, “multiethnic empires break up in cataclysmic violence.”
The former Soviet Union and Yugoslavia are classic examples of multiethnic empires that shattered in tribal violence. Today, France is on the same track of self-destruction with its massive non-assimilating Muslim population. Kant said, “Language and religion are the great dividers.” Chittum talks about an unstable, tiered society. Aristotle said, “The only stable state is the one in which all men are equal before the law.” Average American citizen can see we’re developing a massive underclass of illegal, Third World, uneducated poor that have become our ‘indentured servants’. They won’t remain down on the farm for long. They are literally overrunning California, Arizona and Texas by sheer numbers.
America supports 15-20 million illegal aliens that have no allegiance to our country. A dozen cities feature more foreign-born immigrants than American citizens. Last year, 800,000 Californians fled their state. Spanish-speaking radio stations own the airwaves in Los Angeles. Miami features Cuban stations. None have any allegiance to America. How will it get worse? Our politicians may grant amnesty to that 15-20 million which will encourage millions more. There are so many legal aliens that they hide more illegal aliens via ‘ethnic sympathy’. But what they bring us is as dangerous as any armed invasion.
As their numbers grow, they are aided by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund. La Raza, another anti-American Mexican organization, works directly for the overthrow of America. It reaches into the highest levels of our government starting with Alberto Gonzalez.
US House of Representative Joe Baca of California supports La Raza. What does La Raza mean? “For the Latino race, everything, everyone outside the race, nothing!” LULAC is another group that supports the ‘Reconquista of Aztlan,’ or, the retaking of the American Southwest back into Mexico. Notice that Mexican president Fox dictates to our leaders what they will do with his 10 million illegal immigrants in our country. Notice 46 Mexican consulates in our cities around America supporting his people in our country. Notice voter fraud by illegal aliens now able to throw our local and national elections.
After three chapters, Chittum’s writing sobered me, but I still wasn’t convinced until he offered concrete numbers. “In California in 1993, 665,229 firearms were sold. That’s 1,873 per day. Enough firearms were sold to equip an infantry battalion.” For the Californians remaining, there’s a lot of frightened people readying themselves for conflict. “California is odds-on favorite to kick off Civil War II,” Chittum said. “The instinctive need to be a member of a closely-knit group fighting for common ideals may grow so strong that it becomes inessential what these ideals are,” said Konrad Lorenz. Illegal Mexican border jumpers separate against being an American.
The 20,000-member “18th Street Gang” in Los Angeles owns the streets. They coordinate all drug traffic, extortions of businesses, prostitutes and robberies. Their power, along with MS-13 gangs in 28 American cities, grows by the day. Over 60 percent of the members are illegal aliens and the other 40 percent are legal immigrants. Since they possess no working skills in our First World society, they find crime as an easier vocation. It’s termed ‘Third World Momentum’. Its corruption is so deep, so wide and so embedded that it’s as intrinsic as the sewer systems in those cities. How many and how much?
Los Angeles sheriff files register 100,000 gang members. San Antonio features 5,000 gang members. Chicago estimates 50,000 members. Former Attorney Janet Reno estimated over 500,000 gang members imported themselves into the USA. “They commit an average of 580,000 crimes annually in our country,” Reno said. So why do our politicians sit and twiddle their thumbs? Why do they aid and abet by doing nothing? Can’t they see what’s happening to California? Texas? Arizona? The answer in a nutshell: No! Why? Because Americans, like the proverbial frog being thrown into the pot of water and the stove being turned up to high, will keep adapting until we boil to death. The same thing happened to the Romans, French, Spanish and every other great nation that tumbled into the dustbin of history. Spain backed into submission by the Madrid train bombing. France stands on the doorstep of a crisis it won’t be able to contain.
I never thought I would have to fight for my own country inside my own country. But the time is fast approaching. Chittum adds that if immigration continues at 4.1 million per year, we won’t have enough Americans to stand up for America. Write for that 28-point action letter to stop this nation-destroying madness.

“ILLEGALS’ INSIDE INFO BOOKLET”

DENVER — Colorado Gov. Bill Owens has removed an online pamphlet from the state Web site that offered advice in Spanish to illegal immigrants on living and working in Colorado.
Titled “¡Entérese!” which means “Inform Yourself,” the 50-page pamphlet was posted on the Colorado Department of Education Web site until Monday, when the governor’s office had it removed after criticism from advocates for tighter borders.
The 2003 guide, which included a welcome message from Mr. Owens and the Mexican consul general, was intended to offer advice to legal immigrants, said Mr. Owens’ spokesman, Sean Duffy.
But the guide wound up resembling a “how-to” manual for illegal aliens, providing them with tips on how to obtain medical care, open a bank account, earn university scholarships, and deal with police and other authorities.
“The way it was described to us was that it would be a tool for recent arrivals — I’m assuming legal arrivals,” Mr. Duffy said.
“... The booklet is dedicated to doing a good thing, which is to help recent arrivals assimilate. But clearly, there are some sentences that are inappropriate.”
Terry Graham, a Denver illegal-immigration opponent who stumbled upon the guide last weekend while searching the Internet, compared it to “The Guide for the Mexican Migrant,” the comic book-style pamphlet issued last year by the Mexican government that offers advice on how to cross illegally into the United States.
She criticized Mr. Owens earlier for giving the guide his seal of approval.
“It’s totally inappropriate for the governor of Colorado to endorse a how-to guide for illegal invaders,” said Miss Graham, who posted the guide over the weekend, with English translations, on vdare.com, an anti-illegal immigration Web site.
Rep. Tom Tancredo, Colorado Republican, sent a letter to Mr. Owens on Monday asking him to remove the booklet from the Education Department’s Web site and to stop any other agencies from promoting it.
“Judging from the specific advice offered, the booklet is quite obviously aimed at illegal aliens more than legal immigrants,” said Mr. Tancredo, an advocate for tighter borders. “It tells illegal aliens how to take maximum advantage of Colorado’s government-funded social services and how to seek employment at companies that will not try to verify their documents.”
Examples of advice offered by the pamphlet, as translated into English, include:
- “Private organizations such as clinics or schools by policy do not ask about the immigration status of persons who attend. They do not report them to immigration authorities, either.”
- “The job of the police is not to report you to Immigration. Always carry the name and phone number of an attorney who will take your calls. If you do not have [immigration] papers, you also have the right to remain silent or call a lawyer.”
- “Many businesses employ illegal aliens without papers, or without verifying that papers are legitimate since they do not have the responsibility to investigate the legal status of employees or contractors. ... All workers, regardless of their legal status, have the same rights — the right to work — regardless of your nationality or legal status ...”
- “Regardless of your economic or immigration status, you have the right to receive medical attention if you go to the [emergency room].”
- “You can receive medical services at the community clinic closest to you. Doctors do not deport.”
The pamphlet also mentions university scholarships for “Hispanics, legal or illegal aliens,” and that bank accounts can be opened using a Matricula Consular card, which is frequently used by undocumented workers who cannot obtain other forms of identification.
The guide was copyrighted by two Colorado organizations, Salud Family Health Centers and Focus Points Family Resources Center. Neither organization could be reached for comment. The credits page also lists the Mexican consulate-general of Denver.
The guide, which was “made possible” by the First Data Western Union Foundation, also offers advice on how to send money back to Mexico by electronic transfer by using companies “such as Western Union.” A sample budget for “Jose and Ana Maria” budgets $200 per month to “family in Mexico.”
William Herron, chairman of Defend Colorado Now, praised the governor for removing it promptly from the state site. “That sounds terrific — it sounds like some progress is being made,” he said.
Defend Colorado Now is pushing for legislation that would ban state and county services for illegal aliens. Mr. Herron said he was confident the legislature would introduce such a bill this year, but if it fails or if the governor refuses to sign it, his organization plans to start collecting signatures to put an initiative on the November 2006 ballot.
An estimated 200,000 illegal aliens live in Colorado, a population that grew by more than 300 percent from 1990 to 2000, according to Defend Colorado Now.
